Del is from 1992, Em is from 1996, Slug, i think is 1998, Kanye's only good album was his first one, Tech came in 98, Mos in 1998, and Big is from 1994

1. Eminem
2. Nas
3. Canibus
4. Ghostface Killah
5. Black Thought
6. Jay-Z (He did drop the Blueprint and The Black Album..BP3 and American Gangsta were solid too)
7. Masta Ace
8. KRS-One
9. Common
10. Shad (Witty, dope voice, precise flow, and not to mention 3 back-to-back solid albums that marked his place in Hip Hop and my MP3 lol)

1. Eminem 2. Nas

Wow, wow, hey, remember Street's Disciple was nas only shitty album on that alloted time.
And damn it, Eminem did Relapse and Encore, that was a backstab for me
