After listening to it all the way through, I can officially say that it's still whack. It starts off okay, the beat is alright (not good by any means), then Kid Cudi comes on with that hook and completely trashes the whole track, there was really no coming back from that, it was garbage from that point onwards. I can't stand listening to Kanye, never could, his delivery always annoys me and his lyrics rarely impress me, it's the same for Kid Cudi. Raekwon's delivery on the other hand was alright but his lyrics weren't top notch. Either way, this track was bad.

the way i see it, the beat is dope, the hook is tight, nothing wrong with it kanye's verse is better than a lot of his other recent songs, unlike some of the other recent songs his flow was on point. only thing i didn't like about kanye was some of the first couple of random punchlines in the first verse, i thought a couple of the punches were a bit random and didn't make sense, but the rest of kanye's verse was dope, nothing wrong with it. also keep in mind this isn't the final version, i'm sure some of kanye's lines will be touched up. raekwons verse was typical of his verses, just random shit about dealing drugs and naming random things done in his half asleep boring ass voice
