war, peace, and other problems don't matter. I hope that in my lifetime scientist figure out a way to travel in distances measured by entire galaxies.

I want that too, but we wont get there if an apocolyptic war erupts lol
That would suck...

yeah but at least we can be the generation to say we witnessed the world end. but idk sometimes when i think that traveling to different galaxies won't happen in my lifetime. I wanna believe in reincarnation cuz then it would be a possibility to see it.

my boy and i were freeing in my car at the In 'n' Out (if you haven't been to Cali you don't know what's up and you're missing out!) drive thru and i started to bust as we pulled up to the window so i just kept going, paid, took the food, and thanked the lady as we left, all in freestyle

Hip-hop has changed my whole life... and now my life is controlled by hip-hop. I wake up hip-hop, go sleep hip-hop, I AM hip-hop. My iPod officialy became a part of my body like my leg or hand, I always have it with me. Even when I take a crap or brush my teeth. And I always take my notepad with me (if I don't have it, I use my Sony Ericsson to write lyrics).
Hip-hop is my medicine when I'm stressed out and, unlike people, hip-hop always been here for me. It also changed my view on some things (politics, religions, social stuff, sex plus hip-hop woke me from a coma called "being a gentleman" lol)

Man I feel like a noob compared to some of you lol.
I love hiphop and I especially love the root-causes and idealogies in it, but there are some days I can't listen to it, just as there are days I can't listen to punk rock. It all depends on my mood.
Don't get me wrong. I love music and I want to do music in my life, even do it for a living if I can (which is very hard but it would be tight) but I can't say that one specific genre is my life or anything like that.
I feel like punk rock (especially bands like Minor Threat, see the picture in my signature) really actually does vent my teen angst-thing out well. Nothing feels better than a mosh pit.

Eh I'm getting off topic. It really doesn't matter. Punk and hiphop are deeply connected and always will be.

We'll all die in 2012 and the aliens will be on some KRS-One shit... "We come for your hiphop...." some crazy shit like that and I'll be like "KRS!! SORRY!! YOU WERE RIGHT! YOU'RE NOT CRAZY!"
for real I think KRS is a little wacky at times with just the way he looks at it all.

I was a trouble maker when I was a kid, and if I wouldn't have changed my ways, I'd end up a bum. But that might just as well have been me growing up, and thereby changed my taste in music. So I'm not sure if hip hop had an impact on my life. I do relax to it, it is a big interest, and it's nothing but healthy to have a way to express yourself and to work your creativity.

I did get into philosophy because of hip hop though. Changed the way I think, made me stronger mentally I guess. Might have helped me through a depression indirectly that way, and it helped me directly by being my favourite thing in this world.
