for me its a really tough call, The Chronic is the album that really got me into hip hop, i have a sentimental love for the album, but lyrically dr. dre is fuckin wack on the album, his lyrics are total shit and snoops lyrics are ok, RBX, Kurupt, Lady of Rage have dope lyrics when they appear, but of course the main thing about The Chronic is the production, which is what really made me look at hip hop in a different way.
2Pac's album is lyrically dope, especially for its time, the production is good for its time too and the songs concepts are good too.
But the thing is, even the lyrically the chronic isn't good, the sound of the beats are just so dope, i have to give this more time before i vote
