I am having a very tough time trying to figure this out, I will tell you what I remember;
The time was from 2001-2004, I think. It was Talib and another Hip Hop guy. (Not Hi-Tek, Pharoahe Monch, Skillz, or Mos Def, btw.) The video had the main guy walking through the 'hood rappin' and Talib was doin' the same. The video came to an end when they both met up and they gave each other dapz.
Again, I vaguely remember the lyrics, but one lyric was something like;
