IS a child is molested, raped violently abused, or someone kills
someone for no reason what so ever or rapes a woman
then they should be hung by there wrists by metal chains
and rusty nails jammed in there hands while there skin
gets shreaded by a razorblade and there flesh gets petrol
poured on it then set a blaze by a flamethower!.....(ok so maybe thats taken it to far) Im for it and againt it

for something like this, i would say life with no parol because these people are sick, most come out and do it again.

The justice system works on out of date logic (especially the death penalty). It will be reformed someday, perhaps when people begin to understand the human position as rehabilitatable animals.

THANK YOU! seriously man, i think prison should be a place of rehabilitation, not punishment. i laugh when idiots like my father say "what if someone killed your sister? wouldn't you want revenge? wouldn't you want them killed?" no, i would want them to be rehabilitated so that they will realize that we define felonious homicide as wrong in our society and they need to be conditioned to follow the rules before being returned to function in our society.

The problem is, we forget that we are animals who have become complex in the brain. But we came from simplicity. When situations get tense, we revert to our most basic state. But then there are premeditated crimes, which should be subject to psychoanalysis. Also, education is a key factor in preventing physical crimes. That's why criminals should be educated so that they can 1. be rehabilitated back into society to function properly, and 2. realize the error in their ways. To use incarceration as a tool for revenge is simply primitive.

8Diagrams' existence is justfication alone for the death penalty  But seriously, 8, I really don't think any crime is justifiably punishable by life in prison. There are better alternatives, we just have to make the effort to seek them out.
