Has anyone here read "You are being lied to", a collection of conspiricy type shit written by different people?
Is it valid? Like is this all facts or is it all bullshit invented by some crazy ass person?

I guess you could say that. For example, Freemasons are simply a group of masons that used to work on churches who realized Catholicism is bullshit and so some were killed, some were exiled and all were called members of a secret society trying to overtake the world. Ironically, the same group that was labeling them this was at one point exactly that and they actually succeeded. So yes, in that sense, there is truth to some of them, however, the whole idea behind, for example, 9/11 being an inside job is complete bullshit. For Christ's sake the idiot leader of that whole movement calls Bush and co Satanists (even though he confuses Satanism with Devil Worship) and he calls the show The Atheist Experience under pseudonyms to make retarded, illogical arguments to try to prove the existence of God thinking he's slick but Matt Dillahunty catches him every time. Does that type of person sound capable of uncovering a true conspiracy, even to a degree?

who realized Catholicism is bullshit

Might want to sort your wording, it's like this constant anti-religion propaganda that I always have to read through if I dare read a thread in the Knowledge section.

Catholicism back then was bullshit. Do you realize what they were doing? I'm not going to apologize for speaking negatively of a group of people who oppressed poor folks and were responsible for a genocide that was worse than (but over a larger span of time) the Holocaust. Believe in God all you want, but to deny that European Catholics of times past were barbaric and that their religious beliefs were corrupted and worthy of the term "bullshit" is absolute ignorance.

Notice that the 'was' in your previous post was actually 'is'? That's not past tense. I'm not going to argue with anybody about Catholicism but my post wasn't based on just this thread, the majority of the threads in this section (and others sometimes) have something like that in them, I don't post my beliefs anywhere on here but I also generally don't care to read something from someone who believes in almost the exact opposite of what I do.

yes, it was present tense. you know why? because Freemasonry and ancient Roman Catholicism were contemporaries and since i was speaking from the perspective of a Freemason i said "is". a Freemason would say that Catholicism IS bullshit (well, probably not in those exact terms, but you get me) as opposed to WAS because real Freemasons don't exist anymore. now i personally feel that it still is bull, but that is besides the point and this thread is not the place for that opinion. that would be something i would post in the Rant Forum.
