i have 2 ideas, a city scene, there is a bridge/overpass, with agent x on it in the backgroud in agent x-esque clothing/gear scoping out a group of fakeass fake hiphop pranksta clowns from a distance, with one of the street signs having the album name, or alternatively in an apartment block room with a sniper setup at the window and agent x on it ready to fire and the room has all the setup needing for eliminating wackness, fits the concept of agent x, agent of real hip hop, destroying the wack by any means necessary :P. dunno just some thoughts that could be incorporated anywhere in the overall artwork, i would draw it but i suck at drawing.
