really? im so much more used to FL studio, but im scared to move on  and 8, howd u get it? i used to have it (the demo) on winXP, and id change the date to 2006 to get the full version, but on my vista it only comes up as the demo..... i need a link to a torrent!!!!!!!

If you get Reason you can expect to be just as confused. It's not a very intuitive program. I haven't worked with Logic much. I personally like Sonar and have been getting into Ableton lately which I find to be pretty damn good.

FL studo is good especially if your a beginner. Thats another reason why i want a MPC so i dont have to click through the whole time with the damn mouse and get bored as fuck

People know if your beat was made using FL unless you have upgraded your stock sounds. As a matter of fact, I'd say Reason has better stock sounds than FL or Logic. I can't speak for other programs like Ableton because I only found out about them recently and I've never used them before. Logic is my favorite. I used to use it quite often. It is, imo, by FAR the best and on a professional level it is the most trusted program. The downfall of computer programs for making music in general is that the horns truly suck. That's, of course, where samples come in. MPC is still the best period though btw.

I_Guy, what was that program you told me to get ages ago? i never downloaded the whole thing coz my internet was low i tried the demo version of fl studio ages ago, i gave up coz i could never find the instruments i wanted and i could never find the drums i wanted, they always came out too quiet
