Similar to the Hip-Hop thread but with other genres. - The Clash is shit, same with all those other pop-punk bands from that era and now.
- Nirvana wasn't the best grunge band.
- I don't mind death and black metal too much, I just ignore the screaming.
- 90's R&B is overrated as fuck.
- The Beatles are the most overrated band of all time, I only like about 5 or 6 songs from them.
- Jazz is the best genre EVAR.
- I actually like some early house music.
- Live music is better than studio.

I stand corrected. Elvis is the highest selling recording artist (also overrated). MJ is at #2 though and The Beatles aren't even listed. ABBA comes in third: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_best-selling_music_artists
