I'm tired of people claiming that MMA is the best and comparing it to chinese Shaolin or Wudang martial arts or korean Taekwondo. I was training taekwondo for some time and I know folks who trained MMA just to kick innocent people's (mostly) faces on the street and steal their mobile phones. MMA is primitive because it seems like MMA fighers forgot about the most important martial arts rule - NEVER STRIKE FIRST, ONLY IN DEFENCE. Just combine one tornado kick and then spinnin' hook kick and you'll knock out any MMA fighter.
