Wat if someone liked Mainstream Hip Hop like Lil Wayne and all them other guys and Still Liked Underground Hip Hop like Canibus, Invincible, and Gangstarr? just means they enjoy hip hop of all kinds and don't really care what kind it is, the meaning, the message or what its about, they aren't down with representing the hip hop culture though cause if they were, they wouldlnt be supporting lil waynes music. could also mean they don't really no the difference or if they did, don't care and just want to enjoy music as is. to each is own though. oh and it doesnt mean they are bad, i have friends that listen to both but don't know any better. still good people though.

even if they no there is a difference, they don't care and many are like that and thats why there isn't alot of us real hip hop heads, reason for our group, site, movment. its like lyrical said about the site, the ones that join again are really down with the culture, not just hip hop and in our culture we don't consider lil wayne hip hop at all.

its all good and you can listen to it but your still young and its understandable. you will one day realize that you don't want to support any commcercial rap at all because they are a discrace the hip hop culture and to our pioneers. its also understandable becaue you have friends that listen to this or are around you and hard to avoid. I think as you learn more and more what the hip hop culture is trying to represent, like menace once said "the voice of the voiceless" people that really want and need to be heard through music, art, expression, graffiti, their word, then you will slowly not want to support any rap. lots of these artists are also young and just don't understand any of it so we can't blame them or anyone that listens to it but teach instead. the media is extremely powerful brainwashing tool. even i sometimes get caught up with my commercial party music and commcercial reggae because i like dancing party stuff lol

well yes we have few good mainstream real hip hop and who knows if even our favorite underground goes mainstream as long as they keep it real. we do have some good.
