Emcees that are witty writers, but not lyricists

I think I identified another class of Emcee.....
Witty Writers or people how have good writtens but are not necessarily Lyricists like Nas, Rakim, GZA, etc
These are basically the guys that can be MCs, but with practice

For example:
Kanye West - Now alot of you guys hate Kanye, but honestly he says some clever things from time to time. Hes not consistent enough tho to be called a lyricist so he falls in this category

50 Cent - Same as Kanye, but he's more street/hardcore

The Game - He has ALOT of potential, but hasnt realized he has some talent other than name dropping

T.I. - Same as the Game, but is starting to improve lyrically

I dont kno many Underground artists that fit this gap, most underground Emcees are well-established in their craft

but if any of guys think there are some more MCs who fit this gap name them in here

.......................no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

those guys SUCK ASS lyrically and if i was deaf and could only like them by reading their lyrics i would think that they were the worst rappers EVER besides Soulja Boy and all three are equally as wack lyrically (except when people ghostwrite for them -- specifically speaking of Kanye). come on now man:

"you pop the hood, i pop the trunk... FERRARI!" lol

dude, these guys are JOKES lyrically. Kanye is AMAZING with beats though.

i opened this thinking you were talking about people who write deep/thought provoking/really complex lyrics but aren't lyricists, like 2Pac, Saul Williams, Sage Francis, K Murdoch (Panacea), etc., but you're just talking some wack shit. gtfoh!

dude, then why would you say that but mention cats whose weakest point is their writing and on top of it ARE WACK AND NOT REAL HIP HOP?!?!? mention people who ARE ACTUALLY GOOD WRITERS if you are talking about "witty writers," not fake ass rappers.

Does it matter? If I said Pac and Kanye were in the same class being witty writers, you would kno the skill difference IMMEDIATELY between them, so would it matter if I put Pac, saul or whoever in there? As long as you kno wat Im talking (in which you did) but still felt the need to spray hatred on the artists you hate lol
Damn Underground fans are picky lol

no, the problem is that i was smart enough to guess that you were implying what i was thinking of even though you said something COMPLETELY different. if that is what you are talking about, SAY IT! don't say something else! lol!

well he's a witty lyricist, he changed hip hop a lot by taking punchlines to a whole new extreme plus mulit syllables
