Cannibal Ox- The Cold Vein

Both Members(Vast Aire & Vordul Mega) have solo efforts and are both real good

Also check out Slo-O.... Real slept on

And these dudes only made one album but it's some original West Coast shit and the album is HEAVY!!!... The B.U.M.S(Brothas Unda Madness) I have it on cassette but never seen a CD before... I strongly recommend it if you can find it

twice for the first time?

One of my favorite Saul Williams tracks. Have you heard "Ohm"? It's track 1 from disc 2 of the Lyricists Lounge Show Vol. 1 compilation (which is highly worth a purchase btw, especially for the track "C.I.A. (Criminals In Action)" by Zack De La Rocha feat. KRS and Last Emperor and also the abundance of Scienz of Life material.

EYAR15, did you listen to the whole album, or hit the previews on iTunes? Not every track is a hit, but it's fairly tight and a few of those tunes are worthy classics.

i thought the blu exile album was clean although not a classic. blu's rhyming gets a lil boring for me after a while but exiles production was clean on there IMO.

One listen isn't nearly enough to have an accurate opinion on Below the Heavens. I felt completely indifferent to it on the first listen, and loved it on the second. Probably would have taken more than two listens, but I really payed attention on the second, and it made a world of difference.
