We're putting together a list of top 5 hip hop albums from every year from 1984 all the way up until 2010. we're already doing it in the youtube group but we should use the other networks to contribute to the list too.
the way it will add up is the albums get 5 points if it gets named number 1, 4 points for being named 2, 3 points for number 3, 2 points for number 4 and 1 point for being named number 5 on peoples top 5 lists.
after the lists are drawn the top 2 albums from each year will be put against other albums in a tournament style brackets, we will have votes to see which album will come out as the greatest

BDP made number 2 on 1987. I personally don't think either of Big L's albums should've made top 5 of their respective years. Big Pun was considered. Others was covered quite well. :]
Still haven't heard a lot of albums from 2011. Sleeping.
