I think "All eyes on Me" by Tupac (RIP 1971-1996 no diss) was overrated. It had great beats and stuff, but i mean, to me it wasnt pac. Pac changed when he went to death row, but i guess he had to as Suge bailed him outta jail. Idk I just didnt feel him on as many songs on that album as i did on his previos ones.

Life's a bitch and I'm just along for the ride.

See that's the problem. People assumed that, so the album got slept on.
The wordplay and lyricism on the whole album is ridiculous. The beats are superior. One of the best albums ever made actually. I put it right up there with Paid In Full and Criminal Minded. It came out at a time when Hip Hop was really starting to be dumbed down. People missed a breath of fresh air.

for real il take ur word for that ,
to to be honest i heard it about 3 or 4 yrs ago and dont remember it enough to really comment
plus i aint a big fan of christian rap, but still if you say its that good il keep a open mind and check it out properly

I looked at the moon so full and so bright
And then at the fireplace with its flickering light
And realised why this world will never be right

I think The Most Beautifullest Thing In This World by Keith Murray was a bit overated too
I mean Keith Murray is a ill as lyricist and punchline rapper but it was kinda over-hyped

Yeah. LOL You would never be able to tell though by the stuffthat they put out now. I don't know what happened to them. They went "dirty south" basically and more pop-ish. The first 3 albums were pure hip hop. Then after that................poof.

well its the problem was are having with hip hop, most get swept up with the media or money hungry and don't care what the lyrics say or mean anymore. its like all other music genes now, its not about the music or message anymore. You cant turn on the radio anymore. its sad
