 hmmm looked around and it may have been original. the female who i thought would have been sampled is Thea, the rest of the beat sounds like it could be done, and has rza elements all over. also the wiki on digi snacks seemed pretty in depth and there was no sample used listed for this song

Not that many, I am in good contact with Chino XL (I want to interview him for rhhf) and Kno' off Cunninlynguists, I worked and still working with Satchel Page (he's a fat cat, he records with Large Pro, Sadat X, Grandmasta Vic, Ayatollah, Masta Ace and many more) and I'm going to collab with british hip-hop legend Yungun this winter.
