1. Yes, we should restructure it in both ways [ 5 ] [55.56%]
2. We should only get rid of the "New Messages" layout. The Knowledge Section is a bad idea [ 1 ] [11.11%]
3. We should only start the Knowledge Section. Getting rid of the "New Messages" layout is a bad idea [ 2 ] [22.22%]

5. Certain aspects of each idea are good [ 0 ] [0.00%]

 If we put it back, we can leave the hip hop and music related threads in the new messages option.

Also shouldn't we get rid of the Knowledge/Political section in the Off Topic forum and move the threads to the new knowledge forum?

 i like that theres a philosophical/religious debate section but i think science, history and politics should all be in one section, i guanrentee these sections by themselves will hardly get used at all and make our site look bad,

it's easy. religious threads that are neutral towards or promote a religion and are not put in an argumentative light go into Religion. argumentative threads go in debate. most of the threads here are religious debate type threads. "What is Your Religious Affiliation," for example, goes in Religion, while "The Rivals of Jesus" goes in the Debate forum.

we might as well change this site because the hip hop section barely gets filled up like the knowledge section and now you guys are being counter productive and pushing the knowledge section more then the hip hop section its retarded

that is the whole point of these changes. we break up the knowledge section and it looks more empty. that way the hip hop section, which is at the top, flourishes. i also like I_Guy's idea of putting the hip hop related forums back in the "New messages" counter.
