You know what else makes em such a shitty ass rapper. He has got the perfect set up. He has dr. dre. He has got fame and maintstream acceptance. Hell he has money already no need to drop candy pop songs. But that nigga still drops shit like this Nas would never make some stupid ass shit like that. Cause he ain't a fucking clown rapper. So how the hell do any of you get off claiming he is better than nas.

And even in nas's late albums he still drops truth that makes eminem look like some white boy you hire for a 16th birthday. All you guys talk is nastradamus. Shit he talks about cars and diamonds. Big deal. At least he ain't making a damn clown out of himself talking some damn nsyncish type stuff.

yh i agree, i was gonna get around to that. feminems singles have all been the most corniest thing ever.. nas only done the nastradamus single which was corny.. hes dne club joints like u owe me and ochiewally rmx. these r club joints not corny shit like we made u or without me. "im the best thing since elvis pres to do black music.. to make myself wealthy, heyy" i remember from that day on not one black person would listen to him here in ldn. lol.not many whites or asians either. just a few wiggas who think he is god. nas does mostly either conscious shit like one love, if i ruled the word, one mic, i can, get down, just a moment, cant forget about u, hero, these are positive songs with a real message in the lyrics. and the hood shit like on illmatic, street dreams, nas is like, got urself a gun, made u look, thiefs theme, put these singles next to the ones Adam posted.. feminiems best single was for a movie, lose urself. the rest of his singles suck, and so does most of the albums. no reply value.

Quote (Adam) that makes eminem look like some white boy I thought that Eminem was white all the time. lol Quote (Adam) I won't effin stop backing up nas You meant you won't stop dickriding him? Nas had TWO classics - TWO FIRST ALBUMS. And no more classic LP's, only single tracks can be considered as classics (Got yourself a gun, One mic, arguably Hip-hop is dead, which was a dope track) Quote (Adam) Man this shit was all just a joke, but if you guys want it to be serious, then we can get serious.
MENACE 2 JOKER: Go back to Mexico you damn spic JOKER 2 MENACE: Shut up you fake nigga your a damn sand nigger not a full nigger

Quote (eboyd) same here. you should check for my album which should drop in the next few months instead I'll definitely have to check for that. I'm sure your going to bring something to the table. Quote (ThaScience) the casual listeners of nas complain to much. u havent made one good statement about why em is better, just bringing up nas' beat selection as if feminiem can pick out a better beat? ive gone into great detail in at least 2 posts, and when one of u do its just nas bashing (album not a classic and beats) and it becomes "wisdom" LMAO LOL you need to read my post again fam. I actually said Nas WAS the better MC but even as a Nas fan, I can admit when he makes duds & that his career has been inconsistent because it has. & what I said about Nas picking bad beats is just a fact & a lot of people on here would agree with me on this. Even when he works with some of the greats (outside of producers like DJ Premier), they'll give him their B to C grade beats at best most times. Nas best produced albums IMO was his first two albums & "Hip-Hop Is Dead", which is an above average album but the production was pretty good.
Only god can judge me.

Cause he ain't a fucking clown rapper. So how the hell do any of you get off claiming he is better than nas. lol @ you putting "Guilty Conscience" up there. that was a dope track. get off the bullshit. Quote (Adam) And even in nas's late albums he still drops truth that makes eminem look like some white boy you hire for a 16th birthday. lol dude, let's leave late albums out of this type of talk, seriously. it's hilarious too because you pick one of the two good songs off of "Untitled" like it means something. yeah, he was all conscious on "Untitled", but being conscious doesn't equate to dope. Eminem is a great example of this. all of his conscious tracks except "Stan", which i didn't like before but it actually grew on me, "Way I Am", and "Lose Yourself" are corny as fuck ("Mockingbird", "Toy Soldiers", etc.). both released wack shit with their last drops. Quote (ThaScience) yh i agree, i was gonna get around to that. feminems singles have all been the most corniest thing ever.. nas only done the nastradamus single which was corny.. hes dne club joints like u owe me and ochiewally rmx. these r club joints not corny shit like we made u or without me. "Hero" was corny as fuck, "Make The World Go Round" was corny, all his recent features on hit tracks were corny (Young Jeezy - "My President is Black" stands out most in my mind), etc. no doubt though, Eminem's singles are corny as fuck. Quote (ThaScience) i remember from that day on not one black person would listen to him here in ldn. lol.not many whites or asians either. just a few wiggas who think he is god. that's because they're dumb. i don't stop listening to an artist because of 1 dumb ass track. if i did, i wouldn't listen to half of my favorite emcees anymore, including Nas. Quote (ThaScience) nas does mostly either conscious shit like one love, if i ruled the word, one mic, i can, get down, just a moment, cant forget about u, hero, these are positive songs with a real message in the lyrics. and the hood shit like on illmatic, street dreams, nas is like, got urself a gun, made u look, thiefs theme, put these singles next to the ones Adam posted.. feminiems best single was for a movie, lose urself. the rest of his singles suck, and so does most of the albums. no reply value. so "Stan" sucks? "Guilty Conscience" sucks? "The Way I Am" sucks? fuck singles though. artists are forced to make wack singles by their labels nowadays or they get dropped. Nas has a lot of wack singles too though. Quote (SnoopG79) I'll definitely have to check for that. I'm sure your going to bring something to the table. of course i am Quote (SnoopG79) LOL you need to read my post again fam. Quote (ThaScience) well i thought still, gods son and untitled had btr beats. Untitled had beat selection as bad if not worse than "Nastradamus" on the exception of "QGTM", "Fried Chicken" and "Sly Fox", and let's not forget, even "Nastradamus" had a couple of dope beats. Quote (ThaScience) we differ in opinions. but at least ur man enough to admit hes btr then the that trailer trash. lol saying that shows you are riding dick. seriously, you act like it isn't even close. like Nas is unquestionably the greatest man to ever walk God's green earth. i swear, next you'll claim Nas is literally the second coming of Christ it's a close call and i just happen to slightly prefer Em, but in the broader spectrum of things, i don't give a shit. both are legends in hip hop and both are some of the dopest emcees ever to rock mics, though they are also both quite inconsistent. hip hop heads ride on Nas WAAAAY too much. seriously, get off the sack. all of you. he's dope. he's not infallible. you guys sound like the type of cats that would say his record is dope if he recorded himself taking a shit (or did a rock album ). chill with that bs. i like Em slightly better than Nas. my opinion shouldn't be tarnished because of that. if you like my opinion on most music, the fact that i prefer Eminem to Nas shouldn't affect your opinion of my opinion lol. that's some lame, dickrider type shit.

^ i forgot to say that GC is a good song by em and dre. and i heard that em percee p fat joe freestyle before, dope as fuck. the rest u wrote was blah blah. edit - let me respond to this one. Quote (eboyd) "Hero" was corny as fuck, "Make The World Go Round" was corny, all his recent features on hit tracks were corny (Young Jeezy - "My President is Black" stands out most in my mind), etc. no doubt though, Eminem's singles are corny as fuck. so u think these are corny? u got 2 songs there for a album called N****r lol. U no damn well Be a n****r too was suppose to be on that album and was the first single. the jeezy one, is not even his song/video. what about all the other singles i mentioned? nas is straight when it comes to singles, we make the word fo round, il give u that one i hated it as well. but anything else? em has made way more corny shit. dressin up like mj, havin a 100 blone stans, ima quote suge, "dancin all in the videos" ... jk jk. but u get my point? em hardly never does a real good single where nas has hardly ever made a bad one. in terms of albums, u guys must mean jay-z and az dont have a good trackreocrd, for every good album they give, they give us 2 bad ones. well for az its more like 3 bad albums for every good one. Quote (eboyd) my opinion shouldn't be tarnished because of that. if you like my opinion on most music, the fact that i prefer Eminem to Nas shouldn't affect your opinion of my opinion lol. that's some lame, dickrider type shit. i nvr said, or if i did, meant anything about ur opinion on hip hop, just on nas. maybe the comment in another thread about ur judegement of not havin illmatic in ur top 10/15 albums, and untitled sucks as much as relapse? well, whatever. i cant even be bothered to quote everything u guys have said that i disagree with, which u do. cos theres too much bs uve all said lol.

Quote (ThaScience) U no damn well Be a n****r too was suppose to be on that album and was the first single. the original version of that song was dope. then they went and put a different beat to it because of copyright sadly and the song became shit. it sucks too because that song and QGTM came out early and had me hyped as fuck for the album, but then "Hero" dropped and it all went downhill from there. Quote (ThaScience) what about all the other singles i mentioned? nas is straight when it comes to singles, we make the word fo round, il give u that one i hated it as well. but anything else? em has made way more corny shit. dude, they both make corny shit. it isn't about who makes more. i don't keep tally of who is making cornier music lol. i just care about who has more dope music that i like and who's music is generally better, and for me, Em gets that just slightly. Quote (ThaScience) em hardly never does a real good single where nas has hardly ever made a bad one. they both make shitty music on occasion, whether it's a shitty single they did themselves or a shitty single they featured in. that doesn't matter to me though. i ignore their shitty music while still recognizing that they do make music that sucks on occasion. i just think Em's dope music is slightly better than Nas'. there's no problem with me making such a statement. Quote (ThaScience) in terms of albums, u guys must mean jay-z and az dont have a good trackreocrd, for every good album they give, they give us 2 bad ones. well for az its more like 3 bad albums for every good one. idgaf about AZ and Jay. Jay is borderline wack to me because i haven't liked any of his work since his early days working with Big L, Biggie, and doing that track "Show & Prove" with BDK (and that includes "Reasonable Doubt". shit is the most overhyped album ever. i will say that Jay does have his moments though) and AZ is one of the most inconsistent dope emcees of all time. Nas, for his status, is way more inconsistent than anyone else. Masta Ace, KRS, Ghostface, etc. are all far more consistent than Nas, and even they have less than classic albums, but they don't release shit like Untitled, Natradamus, I Am..., etc. on as regular a basis as Nas does. Quote (ThaScience) i nvr said, or if i did, meant anything about ur opinion on hip hop, just on nas. maybe the comment in another thread about ur judegement of not havin illmatic in ur top 10/15 albums, and untitled sucks as much as relapse? well, whatever. i cant even be bothered to quote everything u guys have said that i disagree with, which u do. cos theres too much bs uve all said lol. fair enough. i really could care less about this discussion then. i think the current look of this poll is probably how i hope it stays.

VOL 2 was ok.. just ok. Black album classic, blueprint was good, american gangsta was good. the rest pretty much sucks. i was done with jay after i payed for kingdom come, to be part of the great comeback of one of the last rappers keepin it real. oh i was wrong...

Outside the comment on Jay because I am a fan (well not much these days but at least of his older work), I agree with this.
