Actually education is something. My father is a high school dropout and it's hard for him to have employers take him seriously without a college degree.

Ok so how come the majority of the college graduates are still working class gums ? Class division is a bitch J-Breakz class division doesn't give a shit about your education . If that was the case then these huge gaps between social classes wouldn't even exist .

Is that necessarily a bad thing? In the end the people get what they want. Organic foods...

It's bad because we lead into the corporatocracy problem and monopolistic problems.

No! They don't! That's the whole point! Ask anyone who works at a non-corporate organic food market and they will tell you that the crap these corporate "organic" food chains are selling as organic is almost as bad or worse than the processed shit and that's not just a sales pitch. You can research it too.

On the same token, I know people with master's degrees from UCLA that had to take a job as a fry cook. Also, my dad has a high school diploma and nothing more and was making $100,000 a year before the economic crisis.

Yeah man, that's what I fear. Getting a degree and shit and then being brushed off because the degree is of no use. The only degrees that really get used are the degrees for money-making business, or for science. Anything else is simply not appreciated anymore unless you teach it (professors).

Very sad for society.

But the fact is that degrees and school for that matter don't really dictate people's intelligence and abilities in the first place. People can be just as educated by reading all the time and not going to college, but of course shit is set up for credibility purposes, for assurability purposes, but it also creates a lot of room for unjustified judgments on people by employers and others.

Then be happy that there is a non-corporate organic food market that you can buy from. If you let your friends know about it and they care enough about however the hell their food is made then you guys can all decide to boycott corporate food markets and eat yum yum delicious food. then if more and more people really care about how their food is made than everybody can boycott the corporate food markets forcing corporate food markets to start making their food more healthy! hooray!

Well if you're all about making money then you have to look at the job market before majoring in a study. For example, there's a lot of demand for people with a degree in mathematics and you can make a lot of money off of it. What type of degrees do those people that you know have? I don't think having a degree in music will get you anywhere really...

But then again it's all about doing what you want to do. I've heard of people who are really talented on music and perform a lot. They still have to have a regular job to support themselves. But they have a lot of time doing what they love to do which is performing guitar or whatever.

The hard part is educating people to care. Capitalism prevents them from caring, because there is far more materialistic things to care about rather than principles.

Hmm, I wouldn't say it's capitalism's fault that people don't care. I think people don't care because they don't care. I've never heard of protests in France about their food being not up to par as much as they can be. As a matter of fact, all i hear about is protest from the farmers because of tax burdens and the govn't forcing prices to be so low. lol that's actually kind of funny.

Thats why I said you have to observe the job market and figure out the type of people they need. Supply and demand.

Well that's all opinion. I personally would agree that's a great way to live if you're truly happy with it. I don't plan on being rich with music but I much rather choose a job that doesn't pay as much but love what I'm doing rather than have a job that makes a lot of money but hate what I'm doing :)

I'm guessing it's because there's people available with a lot more experience than them? I think that's why my father is able to get good paying jobs, because even though he lacks a college degree he has like 15 years of experience in what he does. You have to think of yourself like a product when you make your resume and explain why you're services are better than the other people applying for the same job.

lol huh? It's all good, I know my views are very radical so the majority aren't really used to hearing them. You should hear me get into a debate with right wing conservatives that believe in big govn't lol. One thing I observed is most people can be quite freaking arrogant and the debate to them turns into an argument lol

Maybe that's because that you're in Europe, I personally haven't heard of any protest about the quality of food. But i bet the lack of incentive to make money is what is causing the food shortages.

And also I never understood why people would trust the govn't in telling them what's good for them and what isn't when it's known for being so corrupt.
