Vakill "Armor Of God" Tracklisting and Artwork‏

VAKILL DONS BATTLE GEAR FOR HIS FORTHCOMING MAGNUM OPUS ARMOR OF GOD

NEW ALBUM TO BE RELEASED ON JUNE 14th, 2011 ON

MOLEMAN RECORDS

Armor Of God Features Guest Appearances From Rhymefest, Crooked I, Nino Bless, Juice and Production from Panik & Jake One

Ever since his debut classic The Darkest Cloud (2003), Vakill has garnered a loyal fan base for his lyricism and choice beat selection. His sophomore follow up Worst Fears Confirmed (2006) solidified him as an emcee that could create cohesive albums with a strong theme.

Vakill’s knack for clever entendres, vivid descriptions and mastery of lexicon has ensured that he kept his fans unwavering allegiance in-between projects and now the long wait is finally over, as after being heavily anticipated for almost five-years, the third-installment of Vakill’s Molemen legacy, Armor Of God, is finally upon us; and as Panik laments the delay in-between projects will be to the fan’s benefit “This album was a labor of hard work and love for music and I hope our listeners hear that. In between working on this project we went through a lot of trials and tribulations, personally and musically, all of which really shaped this album. We had one common goal in crafting this album and that was making a quality LP; and we did that.”

Armor Of God’s production, handled by Panik, Memo, Jake One, Bluntologist & Joe Blow, provides a cinematic sound for Vakill's intense outpouring of lyricism. Fellow rappers Juice, Rhymefest, Crooked I (Slaughterhouse), Nino Bless, Astonish, & Vizion lend their talents for those rare collaborative efforts.

Armor Of God sounds epic, and it is, being that the title alludes to standing up against the wiles of the devil, whether artistic, political or spiritual as Vakill bluntly states “Armor Of God is a testament to our resilience. I have the oldest rap gimmick known to man; it's called bars! I wanted to show how you can be a rappers rapper and still keep a balance between real life issues, concepts and story lines.”

In the spirit of the times, there's an undeniable war going on that requires one to suit up and do battle. With absolute conviction, Vakill proves that even in an upside down kingdom, the crown doesn’t move.

Israel Spain - Everybody Got Demons

During the birth of his music career, Isreal Spain honed his performance skills in plays on theater stages of his high school in Franklin, Louisiana all the way to Kent State University (in Kent, Ohio) where he attended on a scholarship. Although Spain began his music career recording and releasing tracks with a group of his friends from his hometown, his undeniable talent and his relocation to Ohio inevitably dictated his future as a Solo Artist. Isreal saw this as motivation to push his songwriting skills and creativity in his own Unique Direction

With his small town Heritage and diverse list of musical influences (ranging from Mahalia Jackson, to Sam Cooke, to Nas), Isreal Spain seemingly has no choice but to tell his story in a manner that is different from his major city-raised peers. Even in sharing familiar themes, he possesses a tangibly distinctive style in conveying his messages. Upon hearing the album content, it becomes evident that there is more to his songs than simply baritione-tinged, southern articulated verses. His songs often incorporate themes of seeking truth, gratification, reality, and redemption: sometimes with conflicting moral protocol, but such themes are very inspiring and moving nonetheless. Isreal Spain humbly describes his songs as "real music from the pages of his life."..

NEW TRACK By "The AIM" The Anti Injustice Movement - RIP The Curtain STREAM OF CONSCIOUSNESS Ft. SAI & Perseverance UnitedDivision

The Anti-Injustice Movement (aka The AIM) is a global movement of activists, political emcees and street poets who are fighting together to achieve the slow but steady destruction of global injustice. We struggle via non-violent and creative means against injustices perpetrated by corrupt governments, political and fundamentalist factions of organized religion, and corporate vampires. To do this we utilize the five elements of hip-hop (knowlege being the fifth), protest poetry, and grassroots campaigning as a means of awarenes raising and political revolt. We are against Western Militarism, Political Islamism and Zionism in equal measure and will combat them all because we refuse to choose between three evils.
