If Nas is overhyped dont blame him, blame is fans they the ones who be expecting something perfect and then get wat they wasnt expecting and then they get pissy at him
Its not Nas's fault for Untitled being overhyped, blame everything around him; the fans, the media, and his company
its their faults not Nas's he did everything he wanted to do on that album, people just was expecting more

Meth, you don't get it. Mark Ronson, Cool & Dre, Game, Green Lantern, Polow Da Don, at the time "Untitled" dropped, were 5 of the hottest producers in the game. So it wasn't Timbaland or Neptunes or Kanye or Wil-I-Am, but it the guys he got are just as hot, only difference is their flame burnt out quicker. I would have actually preferred those artists. They actually do make artful hip hop and keep the mainstream culture somewhat alive and healthy. Pharrell worships Premo, Will-I-Am has made some hip hop classics, particularly for Common, Timbo has kept the mainstream somewhat alive and interesting -- At least he's no Soulja Boy or Cool & Dre, and Kanye, though a terrible rapper and has produced nothing of worth this year or last except maybe something I slept on, has been producing some of the hottest beats in the western hemisphere for the past several years. The guys Nas picked were obvious commercial ploys. Mark Ronson, for example, is the type of guy that if you ask a music CEO who you should go with he'll be an immediate pick. Funny thing is he produced one of the highlights in an utterly dull album (Fried Chicken). And FYI, I pay attention to the producers because I pre-judge albums by who did the production.

That doesnt mean anything
dude u r not making any sense watsoever
U kno all those guys who produced the album but yet u say the production is awful
But it sounds like ur defending them of their honor
If the beat sucked, the producer obviously sucks right?
So u said the beats were bad but ur defending the producers as if they didnt suck

and u prejudge albums by who produced them? not a smart way of judging an album
So if DJ Premier produced a whole album for Plies, u would say that album is gonna be dope?!
I dont think so
